Ingredients | Venison Soup Recipes1 pound ground venison1 onion, chopped1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce3 cups water1 tablespoon minced garlic2 teaspoons dried basil2 teaspoons dried oregano1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground black pepper1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans1 (15 ounce) can green beans1 carrot, chopped1 zucchini, chopped½ (16 ounce) package fusilli (spiral) pastaDirectionsBrown venison, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and spices. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 30 minutes.Stir in beans, carrots, and zucchini. Simmer soup for 90 minutes.Add pasta, and cook until tender.
